Andy's hunting rifle and knife are never far from his hand: Henry All-Weather Lever Action .45-70, Buck Alaskan Guide Series 113 Ranger. Given to him by a very dear friend, Tribal Councilman George Leroux. He couldn't use his hunting rifle in Afghanistan, but his knife was carried as a good luck charm every time he flew. His grandpa Jack always used to tell a story where George saved his life with a similar .45-70 rifle, blowing a vampire's head clean off his shoulders during the Incident at Six Rivers in 1992.

Spirit Walk (Ability Rank: 1)
Andy can psychically/spiritually step outside of his body, manifesting as his human form or his wolf form. Like a ghost, he can move through physical objects unless warded by magic. His senses are generally unaffected by the transition into the spirit world, he can "smell" or "taste" and even “touch” physical objects to get a sense of how they might feel if he were physically able to touch or hold them. He cannot easily affect anything in the physical world though he can run across water or fall as slowly as a feather with concentration. Andy always has a sense of his body’s position and condition while spirit walking, but his body lays dormant, sleeping restfully. In practice, Andy tends to use his gift almost every night while his body sleeps.
Body Hijacking (Ability Rank: 2)
Andy can spirit walk into a subject’s body and take control of their actions, by force, if necessary. Unless the subject is a willing participant, this domination only lasts ten seconds on humans and only five seconds on supernatural beings. Dominated humans do not remember anything of what happened during this time, but supers are usually well aware of the domination even as its happening. Andy has access to whatever physical traits the subject possesses but not their mental abilities or memories, though Andy can communicate with the suppressed spirit if the spirit wasn't forcibly dominated. Each time Andy forcibly hijacks a subject, the duration of the power is reduced by about half as the subject learns to resist Andy’s control. This resistance seems to fade away after a day or two.
Andy has learned that he must be very careful when hijacking, especially if he must jump from one host to another quickly. Several times he has accidentally shuffled the spirits of two host bodies, resulting in the two hosts trading spirits for about 24 hours. Andy’s own spirit gets violently snapped back into his own body, leaving him dizzy and with a terrible headache. After these events, Andy takes on some personality traits of the two hosts for the duration of the swap.
Materialization (Ability Rank: 3)
Andy is just beginning to learn how to physically manifest his ghost wolf form into the real world for brief moments, flashing into and out of reality. The easiest use of this power is to simply become visible to anyone, appearing as a ghostly wolf. Physically interacting with things is much harder to accomplish, and Andy simply doesn't have enough experience to do this reliably.
Weapon of Choice (if any): Adept at using knives, hunting rifles, and military rifles
Weaknesses in Combat: Andy is a skilled combatant in his human form, but prefers to accompany pack hunting parties in spirit form, acting as a scout. As such, his wolf form isn't very fearsome, though his pack mates back home quickly learned to appreciate his gifts and the role he plays. This also means that Andy has very little practice with partial transformation and so he avoids doing so unless necessary.
Strengths in Combat: Andy has military training that makes him a formidable opponent to most humans, but Andy is best served by his skills with a rifle when he might be forced to face a vampire. Most rival wolves would easily defeat him in one-on-one combat.

This conflict reached its climax when Bill Garrett started an altercation at The Pronghorn bar in 2006 with Jack Carter and killed Jack with a shotgun blast to the back of the head.
